Advanced Agility

Instructor: Cathy Fleury

Who the class is for:

Advanced Agility is for puppies and dogs who have had completed the Beginning Agility class. The instructor will assign the dogs to an intermediate or advanced class at their level.

What you will learn:

Intermediate goals: learning how to combine obstacles and run a course, using body language to lead and direct your dog, and having fun!

Advanced goals: teamwork with your dog, handling off-lead, preparing for competitions, problem-solving techniques and strategies. And, of course, having lots of fun!

What to bring:

  1. a buckle collar that will not slip over your dog’s head (if your dog decides to back up, for example, he should not be able to back out of his collar),
  2. a 6-foot leash,
  3. non-crunchy food treats, like hot dog slices or bits of cheese, and
  4. a favorite toy.

How to sign up:

Return the Registration Form with your payment to reserve your place in the class.

The Vet Approval Form may be mailed with your registration or brought to the first night of class.
